Not only is Steve Grimley a very fine winemaker, but he also breeds pigs. Well, rather he holds them in a field and they do the rest. Things have spiralled since his first two pairs, and the population are threatening to over-run the vines, now being in the fourth generation (the vines that is). This delicious Rosé bears the second generation and goes a long way to provide a perfect, rose-petal and strawberry-scented pink, reminiscent of summertime.
