A Negroamaro and Primitivo blend from the depths of southern Italy. The heat down there does wonders for the ripening of these two bold characters. The Negroamaro develops richly spiced black fruit with a firm structure and a lick of freshness, while the Primitivo takes on a full but generous body. Married together, they create a wine of completeness, with generous fruit and body but of a dangerously drinkable weight.
