The Demonge Champagne Rosé comes from grapes from the famous Champagne region.
It is produced with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place according to the Champenoise Method, by refermentation in the bottle.
It is characterized by a bright salmon pink color. The nose opens with fruity hints that recall small red and forest fruits. On the palate it is powerful and generous, with pleasant roundness.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is recommended to accompany red fruit or chocolate desserts.
