Our Coorong Sounds range of wines are all made using a very simple blueprint. One that captures all the warmth of the Aussie sunshine but also maintains an air of freshness, especially on the palate. This is achieved by not pushing the grapes too hard and selecting parcels that are not over ripe. This is a lovely style that allows you to enjoy with or without food.
