El Zumbido (the buzz) is a local nickname for the wind that whistles through the vines up in the hills of Cariñena. This wind is critical to the style of this Viura. Ripened well in the Spanish sun, the grapes develop lovely peach aromas backed up by pear. But it's the El Zumbido that keeps the wine from becoming overripe and sticky, delivering an integral freshness that completes a very moreish wine.
