Mouth filling, complex and a very elegant blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre, the same combination used to produce much of the famous and expensive Châteauneuf du Pape. With deep fruity aromas, this is a reassuringly satisfying wine. Best with food, it comes into its own when paired with juicy meat dishes but is also vegan friendly.
