This wine was created many vintages ago by us, in collaboration with motorcycle nut and top-end Vouvray producer, François Chainier. The aim was simple: make a Loire Sauvignon in the style of the great wines of the Central Vineyards (Sancerre et al) add a dash of Kiwi panache and sell it at a price that would put it within reach of mortals. History says we did good. You all love it. We love it. And it looks great! Classy, usable and very, very Virgin.
