From the tiny, boutique Domaine Jordy, this wine was offered up as a favour to a mate and we were more than happy to snap it up because we knew exactly how brilliant this wine was. The character of this wine is derived largely from the sun and the herb strewn Garrigues hills the vines cling to. It is a rich and heady cocktails of wild aromas, reflecting the herbs that are found there, rosemary and thyme, with a layered and rich flavour with dark fruit and hints of liquorice.
