The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Corderie di Astoria was born in vineyards located on the rolling hills of Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso.
It is obtained from pure Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand in the months of September and October. After the classic white winemaking processes, the sparkling process takes place according to the Charmat method, through a 30-30 day re-fermentation of the autoclave, with a few weeks of refinement in the bottle, before being placed on the market.
Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Corderie is characterized by a pale straw yellow color and a minute and persistent perlage. It opens to the nose with characteristic and decisive aromas of yellow fruit. On the palate it is harmonious and pleasantly acidic.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes in general, this sparkling wine is indicated with delicate appetizers and delicious appetizers.
